Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our medical education programs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented planner with exceptional problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced, self-starter environment. Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution:
Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of educational programs, ensuring high-quality execution.Budget Management: Track and maintain program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accuracy.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to meet business objectives.Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to support strategic objectives and program deliverables, including venue sourcing, catering, and contract processing.
Operational Efficiency: Assist in designing procedures to minimize errors and identify areas for improving operational workflows.
Growth Support: Contribute to program development initiatives and support the company’s growth trajectory.
Adaptability & Problem Solving:
Manage on-site logistics, proactively solving challenges to ensure a seamless program experience.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Planning, Program Coordination, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in activity planning or event management.
Advanced Excel Skills:
Accelerated proficiency in Excel is required
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in professional email and social media correspondence.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and database management tools.
Project Management:
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Team Collaboration & Independence:
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment and independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
Detail-Oriented & Organized:
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle complex logistics.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Showcase a customer-service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the medical education or healthcare industry is a plus.
Familiarity with event management software and tools is desirable.
Background in strategic communications or marketing support is advantageous.
