All people should have the ability to benefit from advancements in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer. Our aim is to present this program that will embrace and be inclusive of every community touched by cancer, actively working towards ending cancer disparities.

We believe that a major sector who can benefit in conversations that prompt fundamental change in cancer is the Primary Care physician group, a gatekeeper in many paths to diagnosis, intervention, and managed care.

​In partnership with this sector of medicine, we can reach communities that have been disproportionately burdened by cancer and who experience greater obstacles to cancer prevention, early detection, treatment, and survival.

Our program focuses on developing strong relational patterns and pathways of encouraging conversations on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer, which will bring members of the Primary Care community together with members of the oncology multidisciplinary care teams.
